Martine Nouet, editor, of the Whisky Magazine in France and frequent whisky judge, what she thought were the defining characteristics of Speyside whisky. The venue was a committee room in the Scottish Parliament in Holyrood. The event was the first round of the Spirirt of Speyside whisky awards.
